Can you buy new sensor connectors?

what you could do is order what you need from rockauto and order the replacement sensor that fits the plug as well. otherwise I would not worry to much about the plugs falling apart. I have had lots of clips break on me and never once have I had an issue with them failing.
Right now, my speedo won't work because of the connector, and if my fuel sending unit connector slips off - that is a major PITA to try to correct on the side of the road eh? So, again, I am getting nowhere on this one.

1995 VSS sensor connector for MTX wanted
I have been to every junkyard in my area and I cannot find a good VSS sensor connector for a 1995 wiring harness with an MTX transmission.
The VSS sensor connector for a automatic is completely different and will not work. Not sure why Chrysler did that, but not suprised either.
Every manual tranny 1st gen neon I have found either has had the connector chopped off and discarded, or the clip is broken.
Does anyone have a VSS good connector (the locking clip must not be broken as I already have one of those)? If so, what do you want for it? PM me please. I am not looking for the sensor itself, just the connector to the sensor.

Yeah, but then I also have to replace not only the connector, but the sensor, and it works fine (when it stays plugged in). Also, I cannot find a two-wire MTX VSS sensor or connector of either flavor that isn't already busted, so I still am sitting without a solution.
I did manage to find a website that SHOWS a three-wire sensor and connector replacement, but when you read the description, it does not mention the connector at all. When I called, the person was just an order taker, not a parts specialist, so they could not "check the box" to see what was actually in there, and the parts are shipped from elsewhere.
