Somebody help me out. I gotta get my car saftey check at the end of this month on my dam horn on my 98 dodge neon just stopped working. I checked all my fusses and non were blown. Just makes a clicking sound when I try to use it. Thanks For The Help.

Chech the horn itseld, Pull it out, find the 2 wires and use the car battery. See if it will blow.

 

I know mine went out when I turned it around to make room for my blitz kit for my 1st NEON but its to be expected when it takes puddles in the inlet everytime it rains....LOL

 

There's also a horn relay. You can swap with the starter relay to test it quick and easy... if the horn works and the car doesn't start, the relay is bad...

My horn was not working as well....just got a new one for 20$ installed it ..and now all is ok....(it was working a bit though....sounded muffulled...)
