Default Shifting

Driving at low speeds it really does not want to shift properly, but under normal driving speeds it will shift just fine. What it feels like is, for example on an older car when you put it in low 1 get to about ten mph let off the gas how sometimes it will chug a little,That is what it feels like at low speeds. Can any one with knowledge please help? (I'm thinking modulator valve on trans)1995 Dodge Spirit 3.0 V6

You may want to post this in the K car section as this is the 'hello, I am new here' section,

I don't know what that moderator was thinking. we don't do V6's for one and 2 is there anthing on that car that can relate to the Neon? But anyhow How are the fluid levels and when is the last time the car had a fluid and filter change?

DOHC, I have no idea what to compare the Spirit to another Dodge. It is similiar to a K car or a Neon in my opinion, which may be wrong, and this was my effort to help the poster. What section or do you suggest the Spirit is related?

humm 3.0 v6? maybe these all have the 3.0 L engines and I am assuming that the spirit has the 31th trans or the A670 which is pretty much the same thing.
