Default won't start

Ok i'm new here and don't know alot about my neon. I have a 95 neon that won't start. It ran yesterday and i moved it 10 feet. Went to move it and hour later after cleaning it and with the door open the battery was dead. So i boosted the car to start it and yes i put the cables on right. The car seems to want to start but won't. I am geeting fuel to the rail. The spark seemed to be weak so i changed the coil pack. Still won't start. I was think to trying the plugs. What kind should i be using? What else should i try if this does not work?

THANKS GREG

look for a bad ground connection off of the negative battery cable where it meets the motor.

if the above ideas don't get you going....
pull the cam sensor out & see if the cam has worn through the sensor

the cam sensor is on the side of the head almost touching the valve cover, 4 10mm bolts hold it in.
cam sensor failure due to the cam "walking" is a common problem, if the sensor looks OK your going to need to get some codes.

Is the CEL lit? Could you pull the codes for us?

If it's still only firing on 2 cylinders with the new coilpack, check the wiring going to the coilpack. The center wire in the plug is the power supply (from the ASD relay), and the outer two wires are grounds that are closed by the PCM to get spark (2 cylinders at a time). My guess is that one of the wires has rubbed up somewhere and is shorting out, and you should be getting a misfire code...

Best of luck!
