check for loose or damaged wires first then Try swaping the blower motor, the motor may be on its way out.

the motor is on the passenger side. above the feet area. should be a green and black wire attached to it. a few 8mm screws hold it in. It is kind of a Pain in the *** (PITA) to get out. but it can be done might help to remove the Kick shield on the side there and then pull the carpet back a bit to remove the motor.
How often does this fues blow, Does it happen after a few min of running, off and on, or as soon as you turn on the heat/AC? as for a wireing diagram I don't think so, maybe if you look in the chiltons or haynes book.

well lets try this, Hop under the passenger side floor board and unplug the motor and replace the fuse, turn on the motor and see if the fuse still pops. If it still pops I am going to assume the wireing is to blame. if it does not blow, you can test the motor by hooking up a 12v battery charger to the motor.
How i did this once to test a window motor was to take the leads from a volt meter and inserted 2 drywall screws in the female ends and took the battery charger clamps and placed them on the screws. took the pointed leads and placed them on the motor pins. Yes, its a bit of ghetto engenering but it worked.
