hi, i have a 95 dodge neon 4 dr, and i had to take my fog lights off because some how they got broke off, but anyways i can put the right one on with no problem but with the left one there is a black box looking thing in the way so i cant bolt it on, does anyone no how to remove this box and what it is?

 

You must have cruise control I assume. I don't so my fogs are easy to get at, but I know some cars have something in the way and I believe it is the vacumn canister for the cruise or something like that. I have no idea how to get it off 'cuz I ain't got one.

 

It the vaper box fuel reservor. It holds the left over fuel fumes. Its a stupid emissions crap. Take the front bumper off and you can get to it with no problem.

 

how do u take the bumper off? i am new at this.
