so indeed a vac leak at the break booster thing. it looks like someone stabbed the metal part of it with a screwdriver. I didn't think anything at 1st but I was like **** it and put a piece of black tape over it. and guess what. it worked haha. no more reving. not at all. I'm glad now cause I don't have a muffler any more lol.
