RE: Dodge / Plymouth ???
there was a difference in 95 for the clutch, it was supposedly a set from mexico or something like that, but you will never have any problem finding parts. I used to work at a parts store and when i need a part for my car i go in and my old boss makes me look it up myself and there is no difference in dodge or plymouth, except sometimes the parst are listed under plymouth in one book and under dodge in another.

Put down the crack pipe and step away from the Neon.
The 2nd gen non-turbo eclipse has the same block as the Neon, with a Mitsubishi designed and built head (reverse flow), known as the 420A. The Dodge/Plymouth (and Chrysler overseas) versions are D4RE (DOHC) and S4RE (SOHC). No other parts are interchangeable, except maybe the cigarette lighter. The Neon shares absolutely nothing with any generation eclipse turbo engine, transaxle, or drivetrain.
If your VIN starts with "1", it's country of origin was the U.S. If it starts with a "3", it originated in Mexico. More of both originated in the U.S.
If the 11th digit of the VIN is a "D", it was assembled in Belvidere, IL (U.S.A.). If it's a "T", it was assembled in Toluca (Mexico). More of both were assembled in Belvidere.
The difference between Dodge and Plymouth? The 2nd digit of the VIN is a "B" for Dodge, and "P" for Plymouth. Plus the aforementioned badging...
