97 SOHC Dodge Neon won't start when cold
I think I have bit of an odd issue and I have not been able to find an answer while searching the forum. My 97 SOHC Dodge Neon manual will not start when cold but once it's hot it will.
When I turn my key forward I have full accessory function and there are no signs that the battery weak. I have tested the battery and it appears to be in perfect working order. When I turn the key to start it does nothing, there is no sound and it does not try to start. Since it's a manual I am able to bump start it and it fires right up. Once it runs and heats up I can turn it off and leave it for about 2 hours and it will start start right up but if it sits longer I will have to bump start it again.
I have replaced the starter and the power cable that connected the battery to the starter. I have tested the grounds and everything appears to be in working order.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I should test or replace next?
