Hi I have a 1996 neon,I have put a new EGR,MAP sensor new plugs and wires. Plugs are black,goes through gas like a mad man. And when im going a steady speed on the highway its starts to what i call bucking i can let off the gas or give it more and it will stop

 

It has
a 2.0 sohc in it

 

Have you inspected the coil pack? Checked the fuel rail? Clogged cat?

 

I have put on a new coil but i have not checked the cat. Would that cause alot of carbon on the plugs?
