i was looking to do the same thing to my first neon, the only place that i could find one was on Ebay... just search for 95 dodge neon and one should show up eventually, usually for about 30 bucks or less, its a little steep but i cant find it anywhere else...

 

from what I have seen, they have stopped making the clear 3rd light for the 1st gen. I don't know why, but all you are gonna find is some guy who cut a peice of clear plastic and will sell it to you on ebay. My best ideas is to get a junk light from the junk yard and cut your own piece. Or just order it form ebay, either way it is not going to be technically legal without the DOT stamp.

yeah it would, and you would be getting a CLEAR third brake light...dont the stock ones cost more than that??? and isnt it the law that you have to have a third brake light in some states????
