hey I just did the ac delete and I want to upgrade my pcm. I hate that it only hits 55 in 2nd. my zx2 hits almost 65 in 2nd. any help on where I can find one would me greatly apprehated.

The speed your going in 2nd is based off the tranny gearing. Search around for a Mopar or AFX ecu if your looking to bump up the rev limiter.

 

yeah I know its the gearing. witch is stupid. any one on here have a dohc mopar pcm for sale. or know where I can get one. and the afx is too much for me. unless someone has a used one. let me know!

My old 1981 1.1 litre Citroen Visa II Super E did 65 mph in second gear. The top speed whas 95 haha
But when you say that, I will try out my top speed in 2'nd in my 3.94 mtx.

About the AFX, i've heard that they keep the rpm limiter stock. Just do the timing and stuff(?)

 

Maybe the AFX-R is the only one with the higher rev limiter. I dont recall.

Go to ebay. I've waited half a year to get å dohc mtx pcm, so maby with in a year, you have one

Check the other neon forum. I didn't realize these were that rare these days. You should be able to find one within a few days.
