Default Miss fire saga continues

Well, this time around the car also had the P0743 Transmission solenoid code. I've replaced the solenoid a couple years ago, read on this forum to unplug re-lube with dielectric grease and see what happens. I did that after getting the car thru inspection by driving gingerly waiting for the drivability codes to clear and hit the nearest station. I then drove the car on the highway an hour up and down and upon deceleration on comes the CEL. Miss fires 0300, 0302,3,4. The following is the freeze frame data
Fuel System 1
Closed Loop

Calculated Load
20.7%

Coolant Temp
213

STRT Bank 1 (Don't know what this means)
-3.1%

LTFT Bank 1 (nor this)
.07%

Intake Manifold Press
4.2 in.hg

Engine RPM
2912

Speed
64

Any indication from this as to what the actual problem is? I'd like to have a direction before ripping parts off. Appreciate any comments or ideas.

Misfires can be many things; plugs, wires, coil pack, injectors and even a clogged fuel rail.

Many people try to upgrade to a MSD ignition system, that may help.

pull your spark plugs and check to see if there is any oil on them. If there is change your valve cover gasket and plug seals.

Plugs and wires are not that expensive. You can test your coil and injectors

You may also want to check o2 sensors and other sensors, never hurts to check.
