You will have to get them from a dodge of the same model year. I may be able to get you a harness if you can tell me the year and number of cams. Will run yu about $65 shippedin the US.

Shops like Napa and Autozone should have them. Junk yard will let you have pigtails for free or next to nothing
A simple continuity test and visual inspection will tell you where the shorts are in the harness. Honestly, some of the wires are shorter than they should be and it gives you a chance to remedy that and add sleeves, hangers and rout wiring to safer spots.
