code 11 on 1999 neon pls help

replaced head and cams on 1999 d.o.h.c on start up engine running rough, would not start without stepping on gas pedal now i have code 11

Check you timing belt, its probally one tooth off.

11 Timing belt skipped 1 tooth or more from initial learned value, Intermittent loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor, No crank reference signal detected during engine cranking
