Actually getting an upgraded computer wont do anything but give you hp and torque but you'll still have a problem passing 120 mph depending how modded your car is. I have the AFX Race pcm with many other mods.

 

well call me a wussy if ya want, but I had my 69 newport pegged at 120 and she kept climbing, that was with 2 1/2 tons of steel around me and just about a loaded pair of shorts....one hell of a rush but no thanx in something a small as a neon.......what the hell, ya only live once right!

 

I just did 118 on K-10 just now on bald tires, how bout that for top speed.

 

Here in OH 20+ MPH over the posted speed limit is reckless operation and they can impound your car and lock you up as well, but this is up to the officer and what he decides to do.
