sell it get a real car with a v8. buy a 89-93 mustang 5.0 for 2 or 3k and there ya go fast car. your going to spend more than 3k to make a neon fast.

 

A GTP is fast, but not that fast.

no stock grand prix runs 13s also even the 2000 body style gtps only ran 15 flat cuz they only made them autos. i have a friend with a 97 SOHC and he has intake,header,exhaust,ecu,cams,and underdrive pulley and he runs upper to mid 14s so you do not have to go FI to break into the 14s.

 

14.4 is what SC GPs were good for stock ....very few could get 13.9s until the mods were added. Im not sayin its impossible but its kinda improbable.

There is no way your gonna be able to get the car into the 14's all motor and then have the right motor set-up to bolt a turbo on later. You are gonna have to change a lot of things when you decide to go turbo. If a turbo is the route you want to go then start saving money and buying turbo parts.
