looks to me like it still runs to the rear of the motor therefore sucking in warm air Tho I could be wrong.

Yeah that's pretty much garbage, the first thing that should have tipped you off was the price, second, the nice little liability clause, and third its an intake from ebay that isn't well known, your better off just making one yourself or getting one that keeps it away from the engine like the kirk intake from modernperformance
