Hi,
I recently recovered my 99 Neon which was stolen. As a result, the steering column needs to be replaced. Could you give me step-by-step instructions on how to replace the column?
It is automatic - shifts on the floor, has intermittent wipers, tilt, and cruise control, also has an airbag.
Also, will a 95 Neon steering column with no Cruise Control fit my 99 which has CC? if so, can I simply swap out my 99 steering wheel with the 95 but use the 95 Steering column?

Got an email address and I can send you some info on replacing the steering column. The 95 should fit the 99, but I'm not sure about the cruise thing.
