Plugs/O2 sensor completely black!

my plugs and O2 sensor is completely black!!! The car would start and idle, but once you hit the gas, it would bog and die. what do you guys think?

Running rich for some reason. Check your air filter and replace plugs and 02 and see what is going on from there. You may also pull you exhaust before the cat and see if it is pluggin up.
