PLEASE HELP
I have a 1997 plymouth breeze and I wanna put a turbo on it. I'm wondering being that the only difference between the breeze 2.0L, and the neon 2.0L is that the pulley's are different and altenator, etc. are mounted in different spots. Will a neon T3 turbo work on a breeze?

You aren't going to pick up 100+ HP with a turbo on the stock bottom end, stock compression. Typicaly it's the rods that bend somewhere in the 250ish ft-lb torque range, although with the compression dropped (thicker head gaskets, etc.) they'll hold up to a little more.
Dollar for dollar, a well built nitrous setup will get you the most for your money. You could do a 50 shot pretty reliably. You could probably do a 75 shot if you throw in a timing retard unit and spend some time at the dyno tuning the setup.
A Nitrous Express kit, as well as the GenX upgrades (HIGHLY recommneded), and an upgraded fuel pump will run you maybe $1200 if you shop around. A bolt-on intercooled turbo setup is running $3500 or so nowadays. Both will get you in the 225ish HP range. You can do a DIY turbo setup for probably half that IF you know what you're doing. A T3 isn't going to cut it...
If it was me, just adding a little oomph to a daily commuter, I'd go the turbo route. For a car that is built for straight-line fun at the track, I'd go the nitrous route.
Best of luck!

You're going to blow the car up before you get it out of the driveway with a stock 2.0. At the least you'd need a stronger bottom end.
Easiest and cheapest turbo is stock srt-4. i'm going to turbo my 2.4 when I have enough money for all the little crap I need. Already have the manifold, turbo, bov, manifold, etc.
Only kit you can really buy atm is a Hahn racecraft kit. Chillfactory is no longer taking orders.
