push the headliner up against the ceiling and hold it there....while doing so, stick a screwdriver between the cover and the headliner and twist...should pop right off....you might even be able to pull it off with your fingers
i only say to push the headliner up to make sure you dont pull the whole domlight setup out of the headliner, and crease the liner

if you havent noticed yet, you will soon learn that the Neon is pretty much made out of Lego!! lol or at least I think Lego and Neon had the same design team behind them.. hahahaha!!! well, ok, sometimes i just think that they did....
