i had the same problem last month. mine turned out to be a wiring harness that went to my crank sensor, cam sensor and coilpack. but thats highly unlikely for you.
spark wise it could be a crank sensor, cam sensor, coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires, computer, timing belt or a wiring harness or possibly ignition relay. fuel wise could be fuel pump, filter, fuel line, fuel rail(pressure there should be like 50 to 55 lbs). i am sure there is something more that it could be but thats all i can think of right now.
was it doing any misfiring before it quit?

sensor location
cam sensor- right side of engine(from front of car facing back) behind air intake tube SOHC-4 bolts DOHC-2 bolts (10mm? i think)
crank sensor- underneath engine right above oil filter. 1 or 2 bolts for both(10mm) screw driver to pop out
