i just asked a cop i know the other day about the whole NOS thing just to be sure....
he said that in illinois, there is no law about having a bottle....full or empty...hooked up in the car......just as long as it isnt being used on the street.....

so i can legally drive around full of nitrous and redy to go.....but i just cant go.....legally anyways.....but thats never stopped me from doin anything before
