Who all here has dealt with them? I have been waiting for my order to reach "Shipped or Shipping" status for about two weeks now. I put in my order 8/21.. and its STILL being processed!!! Anyone else have this problem??

 

your not the only one, i think some people on here can enlighten you more on the great service at howell. I was gona order something from them once but just looking at the website layout led me to believe that mabye it wasn't ran effeciently either that or a personal prefference. I went with modernperformance instead.

 

i ordered a set of drop zone lowering springs from howell about 2 years ago.....i waited for about 2 monthes and never got them....finally after calling them about 20 times and getting through once, they told me the springs were on backorder for another 6 monthes.....gee....thanks for letting me know...so i canceled the order[:@]

 

I haven't had that problem, only because I don't order from them for this very reason. Also because Modern Performance is here in Houston too!

 

modern peformance hasnt given me any good service either.....still waiting for a reply about my muffler.....goin on 1 year now....

 

I'm currently having issues with Modern Performance, I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong one and the invoice said thats what I ordered. After fighting with them for a few minutes they listened to the original phone call and I was right! They told me to ship it back to them (I have to pay for their mistake, and they never said sorry, they just got more rude when I was proven right) and they ship me the right one. Its been a month now and I haven't gotten anything from them. The day this happened I was going to put their decal on the back of my car, but I'm gonna wait to see what happens, hopefully it was just that one guy I spoke to who has issues and not the whole company.

 

Y'all should ask to speal to Cory, he owns the place. He'll make it right! Or try emailing him.

But who else you gonna go to for parts?

 

thing is, the muffler, 2.5in exhaust piping, and strut brace is the only thing ive gotten from MPX.....and there isnt many other things that i plan on doing to the car that i can get from there.....though there is plenty still to get...just not from there......
