if your a/c compressor is unplugged or gone it will give that code, theres a way to get rid of that by putting a certain resistor across the wires, ill see if i cant find out the ohms so u can kill that annoying light

hows this for a car ? lol

I get about 40mpg on the highway with all my mods on there and driving around 70-75 mph.

How I manage 40mpg?

Well I don't goose it if its not required, eg, merging or passing traffic late for work.

Avoid the jack rabbit starts, as you will get to the same place just as fast if your driving in the city as if you took off easy and uniformly.

Trust me, it does s hit all in the city becuase sooner or later, the lights catch up with you, and the blazing start offs you did 4 miles back meant nothing lol.

Otherwise I dont know then.

Used to have a 92 beretta, 2.2 auto, 90hp from the factory, (don't be jealous), heh, anyways, I never saw a tank yeild more than 20-25 mpg, needless to say, sold it and bought the neon.
Friend has a 96 sunflower and it gets well over 40 on the highway and high 30's in the city. Same motor cept his had MPI while mine had TBI , maybe a bit different from 4 years ago.

Either way, theroretically all neons should get over 40, but why they dont, who knows. Ever wonder why kamakazi's wore helmets??

kamakazi's wore helmets just for a cover up, lol, i usually manage between 230-250 to a tank if i put around the whole time, if i rag on that car i get like 18 mpg out of it, lol, maybe yours is a 5 spd & mines an auto, that makes a difference, especially on the highway not having OD on the autos, if my race car makes it one more season & the trans is still good im gonna put the low geared r/t trans from it in my SOHC street driver & see how it works out
although running around another season of racing that transmission might give up on me
if it makes evryne feel better the one i race burns up 4 gallons of gas in 30 miles on the trip odometer on the track,

my judo teacher actually trained to be a kamikaze pilot in wwII. hes like an 83 year old japanese dude. he was telling me about how they got the **** bombed out of them and his plane was bombed on the ground before he was actually in it, hence he is still alive. this has nothing to do with dodges but its interesting.

Back onto the subject of codes flashing. The way it was described, it is possible you are getting 2 "21" codes. There are two seperate O2 sensors- upstream and downstream. Thus, both of them can be fried or getting there, and your getting 2 codes.

21 02s sensor problem (oxygen sensor), upstream or down stream

Get a friend with an OBDII scanner, or take it to a local Advanced Auto or AutoZone and have them pull the OBDII codes for you and post them here. That will tell your for sure what is going on. The reason I am doubting the 33 is the fact that I disconnected and removed all of my A/C components the second day I had my car due to the fact that it had bearings or the clutch going out. I have yet to this day pulled a code 33. So I would definately take the car and get it scanned with OBDII and let us know what it says!

my 96 sport gives a 33 , and quite a few others to go with it, but none have ever showed up twice, i have the downstram o2 sensor unhooked & gone, the upstream has burnt off, wires burnt off, been broken off and ran - and i still never got code 21 twice, i suppose its possible with different cars or models / years - anything is possible with the way they make these things, but yea your best bet it to hook it up to a scanner & see what it says - autozone does do it for free, but if they tell you some crazy **** go back when a different person will do it, or do like me& show him how to work the damn thing
i have a scanner now, too bad it dont work over the internet lol
