Stick in the oven and bake it for about 20 minutes at 400°F, slide it on and then use the bolt to tighten it on there.

i will say this again.....as long as its a one piece you can stick it in the oven.....but not if its a 2 piece....

if you have an impact wrench, i wouldnt even worry about putting it in the oven.....just set the pulley on the crank, hit it a few times with a brass hammer, start the bolt be hand, and then get on it with the impact.....then it will pull it right on there

Baking owns the impact wrench . I have done that and it slid all the way on...no problem.

Noone is messing with you. You put it in your oven and heat it up so that it expands and it will hopefully slide right on.

i have done this before with a wheel bearing and it worked.....one part went in the oven for a while, the other went in a deep freeze over nite.....worked pretty good.....

i just dont like the baking idea when it comes to an underdrive pulley.....atleast if its a 2 piece..like a stock one.....then the rubber seal between the two pieces has a tendency to get worn out ALOT quicker....or even melt...then the two pieces fall apart and you loose all power options....and might cause some damage when it comes off........just my .02
