First of all, this is just my opinion. If you cam it, and have stock exhaust and intake, the cam won't be getting the flow it needs without intake and header/exhaust. You'd notice a bigger difference with header and intake especially since you have an ATX TB which needs a CAI to REALLY notice the difference that the TB makes. So yeah if i were you i'd get the header and intake, at least i would if you don't plan on turboing it anyways. Otherwise a header would be a waste of money because you'd need a manifold log for a turbo so the headers would be useless cuz they'd be comming off anyways. IMO what i'd do is go with the intake and headers for sure if you plan on keeping it naturally aspirated.

It'd be the biggest bang for the buck vs. camming it IMO

jkgoff2007, what are you plans for the engine? I think you need to ask yourself that first. I think both may be equal, but the LT header and port/polish will keep you "more" streetable, depending on which cams you want to run.

I dont plan on keeping the car long enough to do anything major like a turbo or anything.
I just want to beat all my friends with b16 hondas because they beat me everytime i race them.
I'm only 17 , so i dont have to much money to spend on it.
What else could i do to help beat them? They only get me by about 4 car lengths right now
