I completely understand...It's funny how I am getting excited about your project, almost like I'm helping out. Too bad we don't live closer...we could probably knock it out in a day

RE: turbo kit moving along smoothly
i dont see it taking me too long to put together....the thing thats gonna take the most time is putting in the clutch(im just gonna leave the motor in the car) and i have to replace the whole exhaust which wont be too hard i have the 2.5" pipe and then just have to hook the srt downpipe to it so it wont be bad...and i guy i know is gonna do the "spool boy mod" for me when my walbro comes in, which will be nice since i have a stock pump assembly from the old car, that way i can just swap them out and save time....i just have to make sure that i get EVERYTHING before i start, since i need the car for work and it would cost to much to drive my durango all the time....i dont think im gonna worry about the nitrous for a little while though...i just wanna get the turbo on and the car outta the garage before it snows too bad.....but that might be kinda hard since we are supposed to get flurries tonite and tomorrow[&:]

atleast my wifes little brother wants to help install it......and there are alot of people around here that wanna see how the car is gonna work out, so there wont be any problem getting help if its needed....but if you did live closer then you could help all you wanted...

next spring my mom and i are gonna take our cars to the strip.....im gonna smoke her so bad

i really want to be putting this stuff on the car right now!!!

i will take alot of real good detailed pics of the before/during/after and post them up when its done

RE: turbo kit moving along smoothly
i got mine used from some guy on srtforums.com.....its an old school one though, not shiny like the new ones...it looks just like a stockactuator......but atleast its an adjustable agp...
i think i might sell mine soon and get one of the new chrome ones though...no point in having a real clean shiny newengine and an old actuator
