RE: throttle body
ill get a few pictures of how far i went with it compared to another stock ATX, its not s huge difference, but it helped the topend, i had to grind down the throttle stop a little bit to bring the idle back down, used a small cut off wheel to cut the shaft and trim the screws down, then put thread lock on the screws to be sure they wont fall out
heres a before picture, you really cant tell any difference, ill get some to compare it from the bottom side, thats where you can see it cuz they taper down towards the bottom

RE: throttle body
the last one i did with the dremmel for a buddy worked out pretty good,
im dremmeling mine so that it can port match the intake manifold once its done. the tip i got looks like a little circular saw blade except its about an inch tall....works real good on cutting the aluminum down real quick and works real good on edges....if i dont sell the DOHC head ive got, them im gonna port and polish it up while im at it

RE: throttle body
i used a cylinder hoan, it takes it all out evenly and keeps it a perfect circle, took me about 30 minutes to take it off, ream it out , cut the shaft & put it back together, a dremel would probly make it rough & not flow all that great. turbulance is power loss, every little bit counts
