How many miles are on the car? Condition?
Just slapping turbo parts on a car isn't a great idea. Chances are it's going to blow up in the driveway unless you do more reading.
I wouldn't turbo a neon that had over 60K on stock internals. Why? Because I don't want to be rebuilding the engine a month later for no reason.

It wouldn't be for no reason...just an excuse to get a 2.4 Turbo engine and swap it in.

It would be like, "but honey, the guys on Dodgeforums told be I could turbo it at 150,000 miles with no problems !!!"

haha that's funny stuff.
I should have listened to my ex and not bought the neon at all.
Car had no engine, no tranny, no suspension, no interior, no wheels.
She said, "buy something dependable!"
A non-rolling shell isn't dependable??!!

Get a SOHC hood...and get the borla exhaust system because the muffler on it looks just like the SOHC muffler...then you will be set

All you have to do is trim some of the bracing out and it fits fine though.

It could work, but you would need to cut out just about all the bracing where the hood may hit the timing belt cover and T-stat housing.
