will i have to do any fabrication to put the intake on or will it fit right, and will the intake and throtle fit right

 

have to trim the battery tray... that should be it... does your Neon have dual rad. fans or just the single one?

 

it has the dual fans

 

might have to do a little more mod. not sure though... mine was only single so....it was easy

 

If you have the dual fans, you will probably have to cut the intake tube and put about a 6" piece of exhaust tubing in between to get it to extend far enough to clear the fans.

 

how can you tell if it has dual fans?

i'm not home to check my neon but i was just wondering if there were certain years, engines, models that had it

just so when i build my cai i dont cut it in half when i dont have to

 

Uhhh...just look at your radiator. If it has 2 fans, then it's a dual fan radiator.

SOHC's have the single fan and if the car didn't come with A/C it would have the single fan.

 

hahah well my car came with a/c

but the fan stopped working last week



i've had to drive around with my windows down in the cold so my windows dont fog up
