Rebuild questions
Well, there has always been that debate drive like you stole it, or baby it.
Personally, have broken in a few engines, and by no means did I baby it. I didn't rev the **** **** out of it, but it wasn't driving like a nun.
If it was built properly, then you shouldn't have any problems with it.
If you run it harder at the start, it will seat the rings faster and lessen break in time needed.

now if you hoan the cylinders the right way you wont have to worry about all that, new engines have a finer hoan... whatever, yours isnt a new engine, its gonna have a rough hoan anyway if you do it yourself or take the block and have it done at a machine shop
