Default take off...

Grr i have a 97 plymo-spresso and at take off it goes fine i guess but it doesnt redline like it should, it shift's at i believe somewhere around 5000 RPM's rather then the 6200 or whatever. But if im doing anything over 10 id say and i do WOT it shifts to first no problem and redlines. What the heck would cause that kinda thing?

you dont know what wot is? Wide Open Throtle?

If its an automatic make sure you actually have it floored, otherwise it wont go very high. When its floored, push it a little more

Hmm i usually do push pretty hard. It feels like i am pushing as far as it can go, just push as hard as i can pretty much?

And on the topic of spinning tires, my car seems like it cant even do that, i know the can do it my friend has a 96 and his has major ***** and its all stock.

in the Neons autos. its impossible to spin the tires (unless wet) because of the valve body in the tranny

has he done a lot of work done to it? cause he might of have that aftermarket valve body from Modern on it...its only 180...if not then what mods does he have? cause my sisters is a Sport model and i tried even just e-brake on and flooring it...and all it did was rev....
