does a neon r/t come with a screw on shift **** or a set screw type?

 

all 5-speeds come with a press on shift ****.......about 2 inches below the top of the boot there is a small pin on each side of the shifter handle.....on the bottom of the ****, there are 2 plastic retainers.....if you pull the boot down, you can actually see it
