Default Rear Disc brake conversion

Is it possible to do a rear disc brake conversion on a neon with rear drums...if so, can anyone tell me all the necessary parts i need to do this?

i did the swap on my wifes 99 sport......you need
rear disc brake assembly....(dust shield, e-brake setup, hub assembly)
e-brake cables that run from the handle to the disc brake assembly.....if you get the setup from sumwhere the cable should alredy be on the rear assembly
rear disc brake lines
rear calipers, pads, and rotors

All that will cost you around $150-$200 depending on the seller. I have everything you would need for the swap. PM me if you are interested.
