how fast should a stock 98 rt run the quarter in?

low 16's and depending on driver maybe high 15's mine runs like 16's flat stock

Off the showroom floor, they are capable of mid-15's.

well as long as this is her i might as well ask how about a 99 DOHC sport with CAI (i kno it doesnt do much) and a cat-back exhaust run a quarter in

^^^A true CAI does help...and maybe a low 15's.

well i ran a 16 flat at like 83. but over 4 grand themotor cut the fuel and the clutch burnt hard

it would fall flat on its face for a sec then come back hard as it could. any ideas what that could be. fuel pump?

ETs are very dependant on location and weather also. I am in Kansas, and on a cool 75 degree evening and sticky tires you might pull a 15.7-15.9 out, but on a regular day with regular all season tires, 16s.

Driver is a HUGE difference also, if it is not fast enough for you, practice, practice

A stock 5speed neon with slicks + good driver at sea level could probably pull high 14's. Its just a guess, the only reason I say so is because my 2004 sunfire GT stock would pull mud 15's all day, and on slicks I got 14.7
