now my egr valve...will it ever end?
EGR cleaning isn't too bad. unscrew the two 12mm bolts holding the EGR to the engine, I think two eight or nine mil bolts hold the EGR to the EGR/TB pipe. Disconnect transducer stuff, lift EGR off (don't mess with the gaskets, they look frail!)

8mm bolts for the EGR tube
you can take almost an entire neon apart with a 10,13,15 mm wrenches....there arent many bolts that are 12's or 9's

if a new one doent cost that much, u should just replace it instead of taking the chance of messing it up, cleaning it with brake fluid...
