well, you can put it in your gas tank, your oil, or in the vaccum line.....
if your gonna use the vaccum line, then just use one off of the intake manifold below the throttle body

What I did recently was pour it all into a spray bottle with about 10% water in it... 10% DISTILLED water to seafoam mixture I mean. Then spray it slowly into the throttle body 1 squirt at a time, while someone holds the idle at a steady 1500rpm. Ive used it vacuum lines before too, but the results arent as immediate. You could actually use a spray bottle full of distilled water to clean out combustion chambers too, but I like the 10% water just so theres a little moisture to aid the carbon out of the system. I noticed it starts easier, idles smoother (had a high idle problem before) and overall just seems to run better. mpg over the last few tanks has goen up roughly 1mpg, but sometimes it varies a little, I THINK its helped it a little overall.

I do 2 cans at a time, pour it all into gas tank, and then the other one goes into the spray bottle like I mentioned

And if you put it in the oil you have to be sure the engien is at normal operating temp, turn car off and pour whole bottle into the valve cover. Wait ~5mins for it to saturate with the oil, then start it up and let it IDLE, do not induce any load onto the engine, turn all accessories off and let engien idle for 5-8minutes. Then turn car off and immediately drain oil and replace filter and fill with new oil. DO NOT DRIVE WITH SEAFOAM IN OIL IT BREAKS IT DOWN

brake booster line is the tube that comes from your vac booster (big round thing that your fluid tank is bolted to) and goes to the eng. the booster uses vac to give you more braking power with less effort.
