well there was alot of curbes to sit on and yards to lay in

look under there and see if the boots are leaking any grease.....and you might be able to grab the axels and see if there is any excessive play

 

idk why i didn't include this the first time
but i have reason to believe it's not the cv joint

because i replaced the v belt the other day, myself
and once i did it, the power steering was coming and going, and screeching was happening often
that night i went home and tightened the belt as much as possible, and the steering works fine now,
but the screeching only happens when i'm moving very slowly, like in a parking lot type deal
and it happens when i'm in gear and when i'm in nuetral, so that leads me to believe its something with the steering
although i wouldn't know what

 

Does it happen when the car is idling? If it occurs on idle it could be belt-related, if not then you're back to suspecting axles, cv etc.
