If Im swappin to a 2.4 what year is recommended for the 2.4 and do I need the 2.4 comp or will the 2.0 dohc or sohc work(one post said that a dohc will run a sohc just with a little high of an idle) I plan on making a few calls and visits in the morn to look for a 2.4 so get back As Soon As Possible..... Thanks once again Sensae

try and find a 2.4 out of the late 90's plymouth/chrysler cloud cars.......stratus, cirrus, or breeze

You would use a 1st gen neon PCM. You can use the 2000+ engines, but then you can/may start running into compatibility problems.

Hey I just found a post on ***** about an engine swap "2001-02 Magnum motor" my question is what Magnum engine are they talking about.. just once again checking all my options...

The magnum engine is the SOHC 150HP engine that came in the 2nd gen ACR's and R/T's.
