Hey anyone know if you can put all the stock Neon cruise stuff in a Neon that came without cruise from the factory? Is all the wiring there?

You canm but there is no pre-existing wiring there. You will need all the cruise stuff...cables, vacuum, switches, etc...

How is it done with the stock stuff if there is no wiring? Is there a how-to on it anywhere?

I haven't seen one. I know I have the instructions in JPG form, but they are at work. I can email them to you, when I go back to work next Monday.
