what would cause the cruise contoll to stop working? The only thing i changed was take out the cat, change the exhaust headers, and put in a CAI. I must have bumped off a vacumm line or something right? If it helps, its a 1999 dodge neon r/t mtx

 

I would double check all vacuum lines and connections.

 

The cruise control stuff id under the battery box so its possible that u bumped something when u installedt he CDI if u have the battery box removal kind

 

my cruiser stopped working a while ago.....but my CC unit that has the cable that goes to the throttle body ended up going out

 

never heard of a 5spd neon with cruise control.....

 

yes i do not believe they are common, but if you want pictures of it just tell me...i moved the battery to the back but i have the battery box still there with a big hole cut in it

 

every 5-sp ive ever owned has had cruise
