Question: is it worth it?
Well the motor mounts on the one I just bought are ****ed, you cant let off the gas without pushing in the clutch so the car doesnt jerk. They also said "It has a cd player"...which it DOES, but you have to have the original tape deck or another cd player in it for THAT cd player to work. (But backtracking: again no speakers so doesnt really matter) I picked up ONE front door speaker from the junk yard. They have the wrong harness and all the wires are cut bad, vtec doesnt work (for now) and I have a couple sensors to replace.
On my car, they didn't notcie that the tranny was pretty bad, because I put the lucas stuff in it, so when they test drove it, that was one of the problems they missed. Were probably even on the dents and dings on each car.
I really just don't want to go back and give them the 200 dollars, and then they'd be like "Oh well btw, 'this and this' is also wrong, pay up". They still have to send me the title to this car and I don't want to them to some how keep it, if I don't give them this 200.
wow what a day for rambling. I basically payed and traded a problem for a problem. [:-][8D]

first thing you should do is just talk to a lawyer
and tell the dealer you are talking to a lawyer, because as far as i would be concerned the papers are signed..."sold as is" theres no refunds or turning back after they buy the sh*t. so best advice talk to a lawyer, most will sit down with you to hear you case for free and then give you the best possible "legal" advice. not just one of us saying tell them to shove it but if a lawyer says it then great
. but good luck and go talk to a lawyer

Well I ended up giving them the money cuz they were gonna put a lean on the title. Technically it was a verbal agreement... I didn't feel like wasting my time and effort to kee the 200 dollars. The guys were ******, and I know since I'm a girl, they knew it'd be easy to rip me off. Well they "gave me" $1900 for my neon, and when I went up there to give them the $200, they showed me the papers where they sold my neon in an auction for $800. I was like ... "Good.."
Eh well the hatchback is runnin pretty good, now I have to get a stereo and I'm good. Got speakers and subs that I've had in the garage forever, soooo yup.......

I miss the Neon though :\
