i jst got my first neon friday. i payed for it im jst wainting on registration from my dads,since im 17 and insurance will be high for me weather i got a bad car ot a nice dcar. i think i got a deal, its missing hub cap and its got some dents. im getting nervous about the HG since i ddint really look at the car's motor. my dad test drove it and he went pretty much all out. its got some rust too, but i got alot of people in line who will do it cheap and some for rides too school. its a manual and pretty much no comforts but tilt wheel. came with a good radio and it manual. all i payed was 700 and it has 115k on it

Not a bad deal for $700, since you can get a hood and fender from a junkyard for about $50-$75.

yea not bad....looks real clean, dang that gear shifter is Long!!! getting a short shifter was the first mod to my car.

thanks mod for fix. hood 75?! that sounds nice. i guess i should start going to junkyard. but that fender can probly be banged out. my friend does that sort of work at school. we have a whole autobody department(tech school)

yea im in school for auto body repair also. but just a little advice, it might be cheaper replacing the fender than repairing it.

lol, no thats from a van. the guy who sold it to me was working on some brakes.
actually still got to pick up the car, its still over there.
i was thinking about actually saving up for parts, and really to get the bump out would be cheaper becasue my friend is gonna do it basically free. plus imma help hime out too, since i reall dont know much about body work.

I got a hood and the fender for $75 one day at a junkyard. One close to me just had a 50% off sale, but I wasn't able to go.
