Default good and bad news

so we finished the car this weekend!

but something is still wrong

we got a code 12(no surprise) and 24
and my dad thinks it's because of the vacuum hose
it was bad so we took it off and we are going to get the new connector/hose and put it on next weekend

could this be the only problem?

what happens is it won't rev up as quickly when i'm driving
and at stops it stalls sometimes
and it stalled when i was shifting into i think 2nd or 3rd
and usually if i dont take off around 2k it'll stall
and when i do rev it up that high taking off it sputters at 2k

Sounds like it could be vacuum leak....might have to get a new TPS also.

crap...

i remember seeing the clamp part broken on the sensor closest to you...
i think we might have broken it when we took it all apart

if i just used electric tape and taped it down would that work?
