i would really like to see an r/t on this forum keep up with a vette[&:]

hey das, you still never said how much HP it has

ok you could take a $4,000.00 r/t and $30,000 worth of performance mods into it and it would smoke anything that was in its way
however i dont think you could find $30,000 worth of performance mods for a neon

 

yea, id say maybe 13k give or take a few $$ worth of performance mods for a 10sec neon..

 

hey spud i was messing around one night an a early 80s vette took off at the light hard so i did and i was on his tail the whole time he got the jump then l he got off of it i kno i couldnt keep up with a newer vette but i still keep up with a vette u dont have to beleve me but some of my friends saw its im not just makingup anything here

 

i dont know spud i seem to keep with the vet preaty well.

 

And lastly... after reading all of this ive come to the conclusion Neon vs SS... Its all depenant upon the driver, The 200 hp in a neon with an exhaust and tune HAHA (the person should be slapped). Like I said depenant on the driver. My friend with a 5spd SOHC highline, can pull on alot of boosted cars we have in the area, He "says" he ran 15s with an intake and exhaust, I really dont believe him, The only way I think he might have hit a 15 is becasue he is on his 5th motor. He runs the **** out of them. Dont flame me, this is what ive been told and I have witnessed on the street (just the messenger). And I say one more time, Dependant on the driver.

so yea with a true cold air intake and exhaust he might get high 15s

 

i could see you doin it.....but what does this rtneon have on his car that can keep him up with a vette??????

once i can keep up or beat a Z06 i will be done modding my car.....i know it will take a long time, but it will eventually get done
