i finally got my car to move better today.....i just had to adjust a few things.....but its fast enough for the time being.....until i get my new rods and pistons...then the boost will go up to about 15-20

 

the 2.4 stock only produces 150 hp an 160 torque?

 

yup....thats what our Stratus and Sebring crank out... 150hp and 160tq

 

i think thats what the wifes PT cruiser has puts out too....i know its 150hp, but im not sure about the torque....

my car can beat my moms wrx from a 60mph roll and and 80mph roll
we raced home down the interstate from rockford on christmas.....its funny seing my mom come flying up behind me at 120mph in my rear view mirror while i was doin about 70mph.....she got about 1 length infront of me and i hit it in 3rd gear and passed her right back up
i think she's pissed that she spent $20,000 on a wrx and it cant beat my little neon

 

Ya but that WRX will reliably run, as fast as it goes, for a LONG time. Custom untuned turbo jobs tend to have an unknown life span.

 

oh i know......i love driving her car...and its onely got 33,000 miles compared to my 152,000 miles...but mine seems to be doing pretty good now that i finally got some junk adjusted.......just took alot of trial and error...
and if i blow the motor, then i will just throw another one in it without the turbo so i can build a good bottom end
