are the kirk, and OBXa true CAI?[&:]

as far as i know the only true CAI for the Neons were the Iceman, early AEM ones and the 3.0L homemade one.

custom is anything that fits that was not the orriginal design. so a filter and a paper tow roll can be a cai

the kirk puts the filter by the battery...its more of a short ram
the obx looks to put the filter above the tranny under the brake master cylinder.....
either one will work and they are both about as close as your gonna get without finding an iceman

i still have my iceman hanging on the wall in the garage......i think im gonna put it on another neon when i get it for a work car
