Default EGR..

Any1 have the EGR-thingie at hand for sale? My car didn't pass the check cause the EGR was bad bad... And it cost a fortune!!! ($400) plus the work to change it

This allso affect the brakes, wrecking the vacuum so u gotta more or less do the pedal to the metal to make the brakes block.. Would love if some1 had it handy.

The EGR has nothing to do with the brakes.

Heh.. at $400 it can't be cheaper to buy it new.... But still can't seem to connect how the auto-dealer(their workshop) can say the EGR causes vacuum loss in the brake system.. I guess I better change workshop...[:-]
